Perfect location. There was no parking but we didn’t find that an issue, it’s quite common in city centres. There was a big car park a 10 min walk away. The male vegetarian receptionist who also served us at dinner was really lovely, we liked him a lot!

Well appointed for the city centre, friendly staff, beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. Room small but comfortable and very clean, air conditioning was fantastic, addition of a chromecast to the television was great. Tea/coffee making facilities more than adequate, mini fridge was useful. WiFi was excellent for the entire stay.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the location was amazing everything that I wanted to see was not more than 10mins away. Nothing was too much for the staff I had a small problem in my room it couldn’t be sorted immediately so I was moved to another room that was exceptional! This was sorted out within about 15mins by the member of staff on reception and the housekeeping manager I just wish that I could remember their names as I feel that they should get the recognition for what they do and a little bonus would be a good idea 😉. I will definitely book at this hotel again and I will recommend them .All the staff were nothing but respectful.

The property was beautiful and very close to the high street and all the amenities/attractions in Bath. This made it very easy to walk to and from everything we wanted to do/see. The room itself was beautiful and filled with cute little details throughout. I enjoyed the different levels of lighting for different needs in the room and in the bathroom. The bed was very comfy and it was nice to have the air conditioning when it was a little humid. The breakfasts were incredible, so much choice of different foods and it was all presented so beautifully. The service was also amazing and each staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the stay!

Beautiful rooms and decor, breakfast was lovely, perfect location, attentive and kind staff, cosy room/bed. We stayed in a boutique room and it was plenty big enough for me and my partner!! Definitely recommend. It was around the corner from Henriette park which we enjoyed walks in & very close to Joya which was the best steak we’ve ever had. Also close to Turtle Bay for some drinks (very close to most attractions but those i’d recommend). The man who greeted us at reception when we checked out stood out to us 🥰 The ladies in the restaurant were fantastic too! Made out stay even better. Thank you!

The hotel is really well located, very clean, significantly less expensive than other hotels in that area of Bath. Excellent shower. Sink plug didn’t work, when we pointed this out we were offered a room move but chose to stay where we were. I had stupidly booked a type of room by mistake and due to the nature of the booking, no cancellation, I was unable to sort this out myself. Through email correspondence the staff very kindly rectified this error of mine.

Breakfast was fantastic - amazing food and included in the price we paid so for us, excellent value. The staf were more than helpful generally and the hotel is bijoux for sure, but packs a lot into the space! Our room was peacful although the tiniest space iI have ever stayed in! It is in the most briliant location, just over the bridge, and evrywhere is walkable.

The hotel is located in a very special place. First of all it is in a quiet an a bit of-the-center street, just next to the place where the famoust novelist Jane Austen lived. On the other hand you need only 2 minutes to walk to the city center, crossing a small bridge with a number of coffe places, bakeries and other food shops. Rooms are very nice, neat, spacious and arranged with distinctive style. Interior design is pleasant and allows for a good rest. Very helpful & friendlty staff at the front desk to make the experience even better. If you are visitng bath just do not hesitate.
